Regular Contributions to the Home
Presbyterian Home for Children depends upon regular contributions from individuals and groups for more than 50% of our operating revenue. Most contributions are in small denominations. If you or your group commits to provide the Home with a regular or one-time contribution, please let us know.

Collecting Items for Presbyterian Home
Many groups like to collect specific items that PHFC uses in quantities, like sheets, towels, pillows, and socks. Please check the Gift Registry at Target or Wal-Mart for the latest needs.

Used Items
Presbyterian Home does accept certain gently used items, including suitcases, gently worn sheets and towels, clothing, and duffle bags. Items that we cannot use will be passed on to a non-profit organization with a similar mission.

What Else Can I Do for the Children?

• SEARCH

Use as your everyday search engine when using the Internet. Half of all ad revenue generated goes to your charity of choice.

•  SHARE - Tell someone else about Presbyterian Home for Children.

•  VISIT - Show others what Presbyterian Home for Children does. If you or your group would like to come for a tour, please call the Development Office at 828-686-3451 x 31.

•  INVITE - Let Presbyterian Home for Children come to you. If you'd like to have a guest speaker at your next meeting, event or church service, please call the Development Office at 828-686-3451 x 31.

•  READ - Sign up to receive our quarterly newsletter by e-mailing Sarah_phfc@bellsouth.net.

•  PLANNED GIVING - Think about making a contribution for tomorrow's child in your will or through your estate plan.

• PRAY – Remember the staff, children, volunteers and supporters in your prayers each day.
