July 12, 2008 - Alumni Picnic & Reunion - 10 a.m.-2 p.m. - Come out to reconnect with old friends and see what's changed at PHFC. Former residents, staff and those who worked with the Home are welcome to come out for lunch at time for sharing and an update about the Home.

October 18, 2008 - Fall Festival - 11 a.m. - The PHFC Campus plays  host  to a silent auction, music, children's games, food and more. Join us as we raise funds for the Second Century of Caring campaign, which  will wrap up in December.

November 23, 2008 – Thanksgiving Offering – Churches in the Presbytery of WNC traditionally take up an offering to support the Home’s Every Day Fund on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Materials will be distributed at the WNC Presbytery meeting at Lake Junaluska.
